External asset management, fund management and family office support — brought together within one independent platform and coordinated by a single team.
Essentia brings investment management, fund structures and family office support together within one independent platform.
Independent portfolio management structured around each client’s objectives, risk profile and chosen custody arrangements.
Research-driven fund strategies designed to extend the opportunity set across public and private markets.
Family office support coordinated alongside the investment mandate and the family’s wider professional advisers.
For managed accounts, client assets remain with the chosen custodian while Essentia provides independent investment management through a coordinated platform.
The investment relationship begins with the client’s objectives, circumstances and chosen custody arrangements.
Investment management delivered independently from the institutions that hold client assets.
Assets are held with the client’s selected financial institution rather than by Essentia.
A connected set of capabilities supporting how capital is managed, structured and carried forward over time.
Bespoke portfolios aligned to objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity and cash-flow needs.
Research-driven strategies across public and private markets.
Active liquidity positioning focused on capital preservation, access and yield efficiency.
Structures selected to support governance, control and implementation.
Working alongside your trust, tax, legal and insurance advisers, so that investment decisions reflect your wider plans.
Investment decisions often sit alongside governance, succession and cross-border considerations. Essentia works alongside a family’s lawyers, tax advisers and trustees, so that investment decisions are made with the full picture.
These safeguards govern how client assets are held and how we operate. Investments carry risk, including loss of capital.
For managed accounts, client assets are held in the client’s own name at the client’s chosen bank or broker, and are not commingled with Essentia’s own capital.
Custody, settlement and account statements remain with the relevant bank or broker, independently of Essentia. Assets of the funds we manage are held by each fund’s appointed custodian.
Essentia Partners is audited annually by an independent external auditor, and the funds we manage are separately audited. Managed-account clients also receive statements directly from their bank, independently of our reporting.
Essentia is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Capital Markets Services licence holder, and operates within its regulatory and reporting requirements.
Portfolio-level risk monitoring and controls sit alongside privacy and confidentiality requirements.
For Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors seeking an independent investment relationship.
Start the conversationEssentia Partners is a Singapore-based asset and fund manager built around a simple principle: investment decisions should begin with the client’s objectives, not with any particular product.
We bring together investment management, fund capabilities and wealth planning within one independent platform — giving clients the flexibility to access opportunities across institutions, strategies and markets without being tied to a single provider.
Our approach combines institutional discipline with the accessibility of a focused team, allowing us to work closely with individuals, families and institutions whose needs often extend beyond conventional private-banking solutions.
As global markets evolve, our methodology evolves with them. We combine long-term asset allocation with tactical positioning, rigorous manager selection and active risk management, with the objective of preserving and growing capital over the long term. Capital is at risk and returns are not guaranteed.
Your unique objectives dictate our approach, not generic market forecasts. Every portfolio is built around your specific goals and time horizons.
We look beyond traditional equity and bond allocations, extending access to alternative strategies more commonly used by institutional investors.
True wealth is built over decades. We maintain a steady, disciplined focus that helps you navigate short-term volatility without losing sight of the bigger picture.
We operate independently of the institutions that hold your assets and select solutions on their merits. Our fees, and any payments we receive from product providers, are set out in writing before you appoint us.
We allocate with specialist managers whose process and track record we have researched directly.
By managing correlations deliberately, we aim to build portfolios that are diversified across market conditions.
We combine the independence to think long-term with the experience, access and discipline to turn insight into opportunity across public and private markets.
We are not tied to any single bank or product provider, and we do not operate sales targets. Your objectives drive what we select.
We access institutional-quality managers, banks and private opportunities across asset classes and geographies.
Robust portfolio construction, risk controls and ongoing monitoring underpin every mandate.
Headquartered in Singapore with deep expertise in Asia and connectivity to global opportunities.
Long-term relationships, transparent reporting and a service model built around your needs.
Research-led funds focused on under-researched segments of public and private markets, including selective alternative strategies under robust governance.
Discretionary mandates delivered through open architecture, with disciplined portfolio construction, risk management and cost control.
Four stages keep the relationship clear, deliberate and continuously aligned to your objectives.
Understand objectives, constraints, risk tolerance, liquidity and values.
Propose an investment policy and portfolio blueprint across public and private markets.
Execute allocations with disciplined sizing, manager selection and cost control.
Monitor, rebalance and report; surface new opportunities; coordinate with tax, legal and trustee advisers.
A seasoned team united by a shared purpose — building enduring value for a more resilient tomorrow.
Bringing together investment, operational and commercial expertise across the Essentia platform.

Back to homeEssentia Partners Pte. Ltd. holds a Capital Markets Services licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) under the Securities and Futures Act 2001.
Our status may be verified through the MAS Financial Institutions Directory.
Our licence permits us to carry on the following regulated activities:
We do not carry on any regulated activity outside the scope of our licence, and we do not hold ourselves out as doing so.
We act for Accredited Investors and Institutional Investors. Both are separate classes of investor defined in section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001. We do not provide services to retail investors.
Accredited Investor status is available to individuals who meet one or more of the thresholds prescribed under the Act and its subsidiary legislation, and to corporations and trusts meeting the corresponding tests.
The definition of Institutional Investor are set out in section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act 2001 and the Securities and Futures (Classes of Investors) Regulations 2018, as amended from time to time. They are distinct classes of investor and carry different regulatory treatment.
Accredited Investor status operates on an opt-in basis. We will explain the effect of that election before it is made, including the regulatory protections that do not apply to Accredited Investors. You may withdraw your consent to be treated as an Accredited Investor at any time, and we will tell you what that means for the services we can continue to provide.
Essentia does not hold client money or client assets.
Assets remain in the client’s own account, in the client’s own name, at the client’s chosen bank or broker. Essentia is appointed under a limited power of attorney that permits us to manage and to trade the account. It does not permit us to transfer assets to a third party or to change the account mandate. It permits the debit of fees only where you have expressly authorised that in your agreement with us. The precise scope of our authority is set out in the limited power of attorney you sign in our favour with your bank or broker, and in your investment management agreement, which prevail over this summary.
Clients receive statements directly from their bank, independently of any reporting we provide.
Client assets are held at established banking and brokerage institutions selected for their standing, their custody arrangements and their coverage of the markets in which we invest. Where a client already holds a relationship with a suitable institution, we will normally work with it.
We also appoint professional firms in support of our own operations, including an external auditor and legal, tax and compliance advisers.
All of these institutions are independent of Essentia. We do not name them on this website. Clients are told which institutions are relevant to their own arrangements during onboarding.
We maintain a conflicts of interest policy designed to identify, prevent and manage conflicts that may arise between Essentia, its staff and its clients, and between one client and another.
We are not tied to any single bank or product provider, and we do not operate sales targets.
Our fees comprise the charges we agree with you directly and, in some cases, payments we receive from product providers in connection with investments held in your portfolio. Every fee and payment that applies to your relationship with us is disclosed to you in writing before you appoint us, and is set out in your investment management agreement. We do not charge fees that have not been disclosed to you.
Because payments received from product providers can differ between products, we treat this as a conflict of interest and manage it under our conflicts of interest policy.
A summary of our conflicts of interest policy is available to clients and prospective clients on request.
We maintain a complaint handling procedure. Details are provided to clients on appointment and are available on request.
Essentia Partners Pte. Ltd. is audited annually by an independent external auditor. Where we manage a fund, that fund is separately audited, its financial statements are prepared in accordance with the applicable accounting standards, and they are made available to investors in that fund.
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. The value of investments and any income from them may fall as well as rise, and investors may not recover the amount originally invested.
Additional risks apply to the strategies we may use, including:
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any target or projected return is an objective and is not guaranteed.
